Country Fayre started trading back in 1983. When two brothers; Adrian and Timothy Pole obtained their business in the famous Leicester food hall.

 

With over 330 years of farming and butchery in the family history, Adrian and Timothy wanted to continue a similar trade to their great ancestors, with however at the same time making Country Fayre their own.

 

From the very beginning, Country Fayre has proudly sold the finest quality of bacon, sausage, cooked meats, cheeses and other dairy produce. All at the lowest possible price and locally sourced when available. We also proudly state our customer satisfaction, with delivering the personal touch - nothing is to much trouble approach to customer service.
